How much sleep do you get?

Mine varies from time to time, and that includes sleep patterns too. Sometimes I'd stay up to 5am and wake up at lunch time, other times 12pm and around 8ish in the morning. The only constant here is that I sleep 5+ hours, sometimes even as long as 12. Usually I sleep for 8 hours... and that does me well, but under 5 for me isn't enough.

So, how many hours do you sleep, and what are your sleep patterns like?

it depends if I need to get up early or not. Normally between ten or 12 hours at . Useally between 1 or 2 am to between 22 and am and 1 pm.

It's strange. Sometimes it's easier for me to get up after sleeping for 5 or 6 hours instead than sleeping for ten hours or so.

My sleeping rhytm is extremely screwed up cause I'm out of school for over 6 months by now. so it's almost impossible for me to sleep earlier than 12 or1 in the morningeven thopught I have to get up around 6 am now for two weeks.

But thanks to coke and other stuff with coffeine I'm fine. * suddenly falls asleep and hits head on keyboard* Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Thanks to school, I can wake up at and around 6:00 whenever I sleep. If I went to sleep at 1 AM, bam, wake up 6 hours later. It's weird.

well, it varies. anywhere from 2 hours to 24 hours.

When i'm on break, I go to sleep at nine, and wake up at 8:00-8:30. That's about... 11 hours.
On school days, i go to bed at 8:30, and wake up at 5:00- 5:30. That is... 8 or 9 hours of sleep.
I get enough sleep overall.
